replaced it with a VB6 application.

Technical lead for the design and development of a suite of complementary
Visual Basic applications atop Documentum and Oracle that managed
documents, tracked customer enquiries and fulfilled customers' requests for information on
behalf of Glaxo Wellcome's Drug Information departments. System was an essential
part of daily business for over fifty core users and a supplementary tool
for several hundred others. Responsibilities included technical leadership,
business analysis, system architecture, user interface design, coding, test,
debugging, documentation, end user
support, education, and consultation with non-U.S. drug information
departments. System was in operation for over 10 years with over
1 million pages annual throughput.
