Volume 30 contains civil death records but a few births and marriage banns were found in the back of the book. The births and deaths were indexed separately. The cover of the book indicates these are Greek Catholic records. I suspect these are copies of the church’s records given to the USC as required by law. Volume 30 was originally found in the Bukowsko Urząd Stanu Cywilnego (USC) and will eventually end up in the Sanok branch of the Rzeszów Civil Archives.
Village refers to the place where the person lived at the time of the marriage. Often this was different than where a person was born so don’t discount a record if the village name is unfamiliar to you.
Women’s surnames were spelled using the nominative masculine endings; -ska is -ski and -cka is -cki. So if you are looking for a woman with the surname Lisowska, search on Lisowski.
Surname spellings changed a bit so you should be flexible when searching.
