Modern-day Przybyszów, Poland was called Prybyshiv (Прибишів) when it was a Lemko village prior to the mid 1940s. For the time period this page is concerned with and the alphabet it's written in, Prybyshiv seems like the most appropriate choice of name so I'll use that.
